Patients with ulcers and wounds are seen in a 'multidisciplinary' setting; when necessary, both a Consultant Vascular Surgeon and a Consultant Nurse in Complex Wound Management see you at the same time at one consultation. This approach is recognised as being best practice, giving excellent results and outcomes.

We look after a variety of wounds and ulcers, including pressure sores, leg ulcers, non-healing wounds and scars after surgery (including plastic surgery operations), diabetic-related wounds, cancer-related wounds and wounds resulting from accidents and trauma.

We offer a boutique service which can often involve seeing and treating the patient in the comfort of their own home.

The Wound Clinic, as well as offering home visits, also responds to enquiries from abroad and can utilise remote video consultations.
